Ready, Set, Goal...

Opening weekend was so exciting with a great variety of new and experienced players. New players can join us at anytime. If you have any friends that would like to join, have them check out the registration page to get all of the important information.

We are still updating the website with practice and tournament information. Most dates are set so be sure to check them out. We will also have our own Stryker Youth Tournament early in May. Be sure to show your availability on Team Snap. Practice for U14 players (this includes U12 and U10) is from 2-4 while U16 and U19 is from 3-5. All practices are at the Leigh turf. We may need to make minor adjustments to times depending on numbers. We will let you know of any changes with an email.

Elite Training Team sign ups have begin. This is a small group of players that want to spend some serious time working on their skills. There is a description of this team on the Teams page. Applications are due by Sat., Feb. 14th. We are still working on the meeting times and will let you know as soon as we have the details.

Communication is very important. Check out the Communications flyer to see how to sign up for testing, calendar, emails and other ways to contact us.

Lil’ Stryker begins this Sat. from 2-3. Check the teams or practice pages for specific dates.

Uniform orders are due by Sat., Feb. 14. The are needed for any players planning to play in tournaments. Also we are asking that you bring or order a reversible top to wear for practices.

We are super excited for the addition of the elite level training, new coaches and players and national and international tournament options (see tournament schedule). If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us.

Go Stryker!!!

Registration is Ready to Go!

Registration is Sat., Jan. 24th from 2-4 at Leigh High School. All the information is on our registration page. Also, you can look up the team descriptions if you have any questions. This year we are able to offer some additional competitive levels for U14, U16 and U19 level players as we will be sending, at least, a U16 team to the USA National Festival over Thanksgiving and Disney in Feb. 2016. These tournaments will allow girls to receive exposure from many college coaches. We are also looking at the possibility of adding an elite level of training for those players that want to progress in their skills and pursue the possibility of playing field hockey in college. We are also combining with a sister club (Field Hockey Factory) from Vancouver, Canada and they will join us for some of these tournaments. We have added a tournament slated in June in Vancouver and are hoping to take a Bay Area All-Star team or two. The college tournament schedule has been posted and we will update the rest as soon as we have the dates confirmed.

We have a lot of awesome opportunities this year to stretch yourselves. Get the word out and turn in your registration materials as soon as possible. See you on the 24th.
